Silvia started her dance career as a ballet dancer, performing classic and neoclassic repertoire from prestigious choreographers in the most important theaters in Argentina.
She started her Tango journey with Guillermo Salvat when she joined the cast of the show Una Noche de Tango.
Since then she has displayed her art all over the world, in over 40 countries in the five continents.
With an extensive international experience in teaching, it outstands her participation in the most important international festivals in Europe, US and around the world, like the festivals of Rome, Genoa, Baden Baden, Torino, Vladivostok, Miami, NYC, Washington, San Francisco, Vancouver, Boston, Medellin.
Silvia is also an internationally acclaimed performer. She performed for international personalities like US president George W. Bush, rockstar Sting, and football legend Diego Maradona.
She has been part of prestigious companies like TangoX2, Solo Tango, Tango & Fire, and he has participated as guest star in many productions, performing in the most prestigious stages around the world, such as the SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE, the KREMLIN THEATRE in Moscow, the BRANCACCIO in Rome, CANEÇAO in Rio de Janeiro, HK CULTURAL CENTER in Hong Kong, TROPICANA in Miami, the LUNA PARK in Buenos Aires, among many others.
She has also choreographed for many theatrical productions, like MASTERS OF TANGO (US), MAGIA DE TANGO (Colombia), ESTAMPAS PORTEÑAS (Australia and NZ).
In 2006 she co-created the show TANGO-A-TIERRA, which she also produced and starred. She is the production designer as well. The show has been presented so far in Argentina, South Africa, Honk Kong, Russia, Ukraine, Chile, Brazil, and in 40 cities in 4 continents with extraordinary success.
